Hi, I'm Brad Savage, a founder, community builder, and preventative care innovator.


I’ve seen firsthand how much time, energy, and money companies invest in addressing problems like stress, burnout, absenteeism, injuries and rising healthcare costs with no noticeable difference in company morale or health outcomes. I saw a need to provide a proactive care solution for organizations who want to engage with their employees and care about their well-being. Who do you primarily work with?

We primarily work with organizations that want a more personal, proactive approach to employee health and wellness and are tired of relying on underutilized programs bundled into their health insurance premiums. We partner with employers, HR leaders, and benefits teams who want a preventative, community-centered strategy that employees actually engage with, and that meets people where they are in their readiness to change.

Do you bill insurance?

No, we do not bill insurance. Our wellness strategy is intentionally separate from the insurance ecosystem so employers have full transparency into what they’re investing in. This approach allows us to focus on proactive, preventative care that encourages employees to use their health benefits, and ensures the program remains personalized, accessible, and aligned with your organization’s culture and goals.

What makes your strategy different from traditional wellness programs?

Our strategy takes a completely different approach.
We separate wellness from the insurance ecosystem so employers can see exactly what they’re investing in and why it matters. Instead of generic, underutilized resources, we provide a proactive, preventative, evidence-based wellness strategy that supports employees at every stage of their readiness to change. Our model empowers employees with personalized coaching, community support, and autonomy to choose what they need by creating meaningful engagement and measurable improvement.

By stepping outside the insurance model, we give employers transparency, control, and the ability to build a wellness culture that strengthens retention, reduces burnout, and becomes a true competitive differentiator not just another line item hidden in a premium.

What does a preventative health coach do?

When an employee is ready to make healthier changes in their life, they begin with a health coach who serves as their progress partner and support system. The coach helps the employee clarify their preventative care needs, explore their readiness to change, and set self-directed goals that align with their values. A preventative care specialist, like a health coach, personal trainer, nutritionist, and mental performance coaches are taught to refer to a specialist when they see issues that require a proper continuation of care.

Throughout their engagement in the program, the coach checks in regularly, offering accountability, encouragement, and a safe, nonjudgmental space for reflection and growth. Coaches also help employees understand and make the most of their available health and wellness benefits, empowering them to choose the services that best support their goals. Throughout the process, each coach remains a consistent partner by supporting, motivating, and reinforcing sustainable, preventative habits that improve well-being and overall quality of life.
