A little about us.

We believe humans have a quality of life and we want to maximize their ability to live a life full of abundance and good quality health. We teach you how to implement different disciplines for living a healthy lifestyle. Whether you are an athlete, a regular human being, or even an individual who is unsure how to pull a kitchen appliance from the top shelf without hurting themself. Impact Element is here to dispel the fads amongst the truth of regular participation in exercise and healthy decision making skills.

Impact Element services include personal training, sports performance training, and corporate wellness solutions.

Personal Training is for individuals looking for a coach who can be their accountability partner, measuring their overall fitness level and lifestyle habits as they progress through a structured health and exercise program. As you progress through our program we will equip you with the knowledge to understand the positive effects of exercise and lifestyle change in your physical, mental, and cardiometabolic health.

Sports performance training is for athletes of all sports who are looking to stand out while maintaining player readiness. We provide a program that builds a strong foundation for each specific sport that consists of correct body positioning, movement, strength and conditioning. We utilize progression based biomechanical methods for drills and exercises that will pertain to their specific sport. Our goal for each athlete is to seamlessly transition them through a cycle of rest and rehabilitation from the start of the off season through to building and maintaining a heavy training load that will be introduced during practices and games while they are in season.

Corporate Wellness Solutions are our newest service at Impact Element where we work with businesses to provide a structured health and wellness program within their individual workplaces to encourage healthy lifestyle change in their employees. We utilize activity, exercise and habit based training methods to build a culture of healthy living. Throughout the program are challenges that encourage participation in healthy activities to build habits that can be utilized outside of working hours. These healthy habits can make a significant difference between employee engagement and retention rates. Other benefits include lower employee health insurance costs, increased productivity and genuinely improved workplace happiness.
